This disclaimer applies to all ambulance services provided by AIML Integrated Data Solutions Private Limited ("the Service") to patients and users within India.

• 1. Service Scope:
  The Service provides ambulance transportation and basic medical support. However, it is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care at a hospital.

• 2. Liability:
  AIML Integrated Data Solutions Private Limited shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or death resulting from the services provided, including but not limited to:

  • Incidents occurring during transit that are beyond the direct control of the service personnel. 

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, vehicle malfunctions, or unavailability of personnel. 

  • Any incorrect diagnoses or decisions made by medical personnel during transport. 

• 3. Patient Information:
  All patient information collected will be handled with utmost confidentiality and in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.

• 4. Vehicle & Driver Availability:
  Services are provided on a best-effort basis and are subject to the availability of suitable ambulances and qualified personnel at the time of the request.

• 5. Compliance:
  While we strive to comply with all relevant Motor Vehicles Act regulations and other applicable laws and rules, Government e Marketplace (GeM) the ultimate responsibility for compliance with statutory requirements rests with the contractor. 

• 6. Changes:
  AIML Integrated Data Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to modify or amend this disclaimer at any time without prior notice.
